God bless the good folks of Deadspin, America's essential clearinghouse of sporting oddballia. The site has been up forever, of course, but Down and Distance hadn't read it regularly until just recently -- and boy, are we glad we did. This week, Deadspin discovered what Ben Roethlisberger has been up to during the two-week layover on the way to Super Sunday: Getting to know the fan base and trying out some (probably non-league-sanctioned) apparel. Turns out he has more in common with Kyle Orton than just a Class of '04 ring and a Deliverance beard. Show 'em your Fathead, Ben!
